Friday July 13, 2012 ago, ADP Eruwok with community representatives, develop a work program for fiscal year of 2013. In this activity, the ADP manager described how important the sense of a plan. After worship and pray together, community representatives then divided themselves into several groups. The Group are: Group of Tiom and surrounding areas, Group of Malagai, Pirime Group, and Group of sponsored Children. Each group then identify the problems that exist in their respective territories. The problems found were then grouped to be made into several activities to overcome them. Finally it was found that most of the activities to be done are: Education, Health (Nutrition, HIV Prevention, and Water Supply), and Economic Development.

This meeting with community representatives also agreed that program committee with ADP will be responsible for monitoring the achievement of the activities to be and is being done.
